Job Opportunity: Facade Builders (4 Positions) – Erwitte, Germany

We are looking for four skilled facade builders for an upcoming project in Erwitte,
Germany. The work involves constructing and assembling building facades,
particularly in stable construction.

Position Details:
Job Title: Facade Builder (Fassadenbauer)
Location: Erwitte, 59597, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany
Start Date: 19th August 2024
Language Requirement: At least one team member must speak English and have
access to a car.
Project Type: Stables building (Stallenbau)

What We Offer:
Weekly Earnings: Approximately €650 net per standard workweek.
Accommodation: Provided for free, located within a maximum of 30 km or a 30-
minute drive from the worksite.
Advance Payment: Standard €200 weekly advance.
Salary Payment: 15th of every month. All advance payments will be deducted from
this amount.
Health Insurance: Covered under the contract.
Holiday Pay: Accumulated through SOKA-BAU.
Car Requirement: Each location requires at least one car. We can provide rental cars
if needed, particularly in Poland and Romania.
Holiday Policy: No holidays allowed during the first two months of the contract. Free
time must be requested in writing and is subject to approval.

Important Notes:
Language and Equipment: Every team must include at least one person who speaks
English or German. Basic equipment is required. A car can be rented through us,
particularly if you are in Poland or Romania.

Work Ethic: We are seeking skilled professionals. Those not serious about their work
(fortune-seekers) will be sent home without payment.
