Responsibilities:
• Unload and transport hull sections and materials using a forklift and/or crane according to lifting plans.
• Act as a traffic controller on-site when necessary.
• Check and process bills of lading, scan hulls, and handle plate check-ins.
• Perform visual checks on lifting equipment and report deviations.
• Load and unload trucks and barges, and arrange layouts in docks.
• Sort and store waste in designated areas using a forklift.
• Ensure cleanliness of outdoor areas.
Requirements:
• VCA Basic Certificate (Dutch or English) – mandatory.
• Aerial Platform Certificate – mandatory for Maasvlakte location.
• Forklift certificate, crane/hoisting instruction, and Driver’s License B.
• Minimum 2 years of experience.
Salary: €16.20/hour + 28% for afternoon shifts, 35% for night shifts, 75% for overtime & Saturdays, 100% for Sundays.
Housing: Provided by the company (free of charge, accommodation in Hellevoetsluis).
Additional: Health insurance (€139.95/month if needed), transport compensation (€0.23/km if using own car).
Work Hours: 40 hours/week (Monday to Sunday).
