Industrial Foreman Painter – Netherlands

Working Hours: 40–48 hours per week
Schedule: Daily start around 06:30–06:45, working on client locations
Salary: €500–€590 net/week (after deductions)

Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Industrial Foreman Painter to lead and
cooperate with a small team of industrial painters. You will work for a professional
Dutch company specialised in blasting, coating and maintaining industrial steel
structures. This is a long-term full-time opportunity offering stability, weekly salary
payments and high-quality accommodation.
As a cooperating foreman, you will work hands-on while guiding two industrial
painters on various onsite projects. You will be responsible for planning work
activities, coordinating tasks, ensuring compliance with safety procedures and
performing industrial painting and pre-treatment tasks yourself.
Projects include painting and treating steel structures, pipes, tanks, chimneys,
bridges, floors and other large industrial elements.

Responsibilities
 Leading and cooperating with a small team of industrial painters
 Preparing materials and surfaces (cleaning, sanding, grinding, steam cleaning,
removing grit/dust)
 Applying coatings using airless spray techniques or traditional brush/roller
methods
 Ensuring all safety requirements and environmental regulations are met
 Mobilising and demobilising tools, equipment and materials
 Securing the work zone and installing safety systems
 Ensuring high-quality finishing and adherence to client specifications
 Reporting progress and communicating with the supervisor

Requirements

 Experience as an industrial painter (leadership or foreman experience is an
advantage)
 Strong motivation, reliability and hands-on approach
 Ability to work in changing environments and outdoors
 Valid VCA certificate required
 Communicative English or Dutch
 English B1 level required
 Driver’s license and own car required

Accommodation
You will be provided with a single room close to the workplace.
Accommodation costs, Dutch health insurance and taxes are already deducted from
the net salary indicated in this vacancy.
You will receive a Dutch employment contract (an English version is available) and
your salary will be paid weekly.
Travel expenses between your accommodation and the workplace are
compensated.
Long-term, stable accommodation is guaranteed.
