Job Description – Shipyard Welder

We are looking for an experienced Shipyard Welder for a very long-term shipbuilding project in Kampen, the Netherlands. In this role, you will weld and join ship sections and carry out various welding activities in a professional shipyard environment.

This position is ideal for welders seeking stable, long-term shipyard work in the Netherlands.

Key Responsibilities

• Welding and joining ship sections
• Working with welding processes 135, 136, and 138
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
• Performing quality checks and visual inspection of welds
• Maintaining high safety and quality standards

Job Requirements

• Valid welding certificates 135, 136, and 138 (mandatory)
• Good level of English
• Valid driver’s license required
• Own car is preferred
• Independent and quality-focused working attitude

What We Offer

• €640 net per week with a Dutch employment contract
• €720 net per week with a Lithuanian contract
• Very long-term project with job stability
• Overtime opportunities up to 55 hours per week
