About the Opportunity

A leading brunch restaurant concept in the Netherlands is looking for an experienced Breakfast Chef to join its team in Den Bosch. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated chef who enjoys working independently and thrives in a structured morning service environment.

As a Breakfast Chef, you will be responsible for running breakfast service for a nearby hotel from the restaurant kitchen. After breakfast service, you will assist with lunch preparations and support the lunch operation. The position offers stable daytime working hours and long-term career opportunities within a successful hospitality concept.

Working Hours

• Typically 06:00 – 14:00
• 5 days per week
• Long-term employment opportunity (9+ months)

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage and operate your own kitchen section
• Prepare and serve breakfast dishes according to company standards
• Follow established recipes and kitchen procedures
• Prepare mise en place for lunch service
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
• Ensure compliance with HACCP regulations
• Support kitchen operations during lunch service when required

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Breakfast Chef
• Good command of English (minimum B2 level)
• Culinary diploma or equivalent certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of food safety and HACCP procedures
• Guest-focused mindset with a commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Availability for a long-term position (minimum 9 months)
