We are looking for experienced Chefs de Partie for hotels, restaurants and vacation parks across the Netherlands and Germany.

Multiple positions are available in Amsterdam, Utrecht, Eindhoven, Zeeland, Limburg, Overijssel, Central, Eastern and Southern Netherlands, as well as Germany.

We currently have opportunities for:

• Junior Sous Chef

Couples with professional kitchen experience are also welcome to apply for selected hotel positions in the Utrecht area.

YOUR WORK

Depending on the position, your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes
• Managing your own kitchen section independently
• Preparing mise en place for service
• Ensuring consistent quality and presentation
• Following recipes and kitchen standards
• Maintaining HACCP, hygiene and food-safety standards
• Working efficiently during busy services
• Cooperating with the Head Chef, Sous Chef and other kitchen colleagues
• Supporting breakfast, grill, à la carte or banqueting operations depending on the vacancy

REQUIREMENTS

• EU nationality / EU passport or ID – REQUIRED
• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional kitchen experience
• Some senior positions require 3–7 years of experience
• English minimum B1 level
• Ability to manage your own kitchen section independently
• Professional and reliable attitude
• Able to work effectively in a busy kitchen environment
• Breakfast, grill or hotel experience required for specific vacancies
• Driving licence required only for selected positions
• References may be required for selected vacancies
