Conventional Turning Responsibilities – Large-Scale Components

As a Conventional Turner, you will operate a conventional lathe and machine large-scale components with high precision and accuracy.

Your responsibilities include:

• Machining hydraulic cylinders and piston accumulators
• Working on large components ranging from Ø500 mm up to 4 meters in length
• Independently setting up conventional lathes
• Preparing tools and adjusting machining parameters
• Producing single-piece components according to technical drawings
• Ensuring high-quality finishing and dimensional accuracy
• Performing quality checks and maintaining production standards

This role requires strong technical skills, independence and attention to detail.

Requirements – Conventional Turner Job Netherlands

To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• EU Citizen (mandatory)
• Proven experience in conventional turning
• Ability to independently set up and operate conventional lathes
• Experience working with large-scale components
• Strong attention to detail and precision
• English level B1 required
• Valid driver’s license required
