YOUR WORK

Depending on the position, your responsibilities may include:

• Preparing and cooking meals
• Preparing mise en place for service
• Organising and managing your workstation
• Preparing pizzas and pizza dough
• Working with a wood-fired pizza oven
• Preparing snackbar and fast-food dishes
• Working in a production kitchen
• Coordinating kitchen activities
• Maintaining consistent food quality and presentation
• Following recipes and kitchen standards
• Maintaining HACCP, hygiene and food-safety standards
• Working efficiently during busy services
• Cooperating with chefs and other kitchen colleagues

REQUIREMENTS

• EU nationality / valid EU passport or ID – REQUIRED
• English minimum B1 level
• Relevant professional kitchen experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience for Cook and Snackbar positions
• Minimum 3 years of experience for Pizza and Kitchen Couple positions
• 5–7 years of experience for Production Kitchen Chef and Sous Chef positions
• Wood-fired oven experience is mandatory for the Pizza Chef position in Eindhoven
• Driving licence required for the Production Kitchen Chef
• For the Cook Couple in Dordrecht, at least one person must have a driving licence
• References required for the Production Kitchen Chef
• Ability to work independently in a professional kitchen
• Reliable, flexible and able to work as part of a team
