Job Description – Electrical Panel Builder

We are looking for experienced Electrical Panel Builders to work in workshop environments across the Netherlands. In this role, you will assemble, wire, and test electrical panels such as control cabinets and distribution boards, working from technical drawings and according to strict quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Work according to technical drawings (AutoCAD / EPLAN)
• Prepare mounting plates and cut profiles
• Install, position, and label electrical components
• Strip, prepare, and connect electrical cables
• Wire control panels and distribution boards
• Perform cold-wire tests and insulation (megger) tests
• Follow all safety and quality procedures

Job Requirements

• Education in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Industrial Automation
• Proven experience as an Electrical Panel Builder
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• NEN 3140 and VCA certificates are a plus
• English level B1 or higher
• EU nationality required
• Valid driving license required
