About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on and experienced Working Foreman to lead and support
construction teams on multiple project locations across the Netherlands. You will
combine supervisory responsibilities with active participation in daily construction
tasks. The role requires initiative, independence, and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
 Supervise and coordinate on-site construction teams
 Work alongside the team and contribute to daily operational tasks
 Ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of work
 Serve as the point of contact for daily planning and operational matters
 Read and work from technical drawings and construction plans
Requirements
 Proven experience in a foreman or supervisory construction role
 English B1 required
 Strong communication and leadership skills
 Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
 Driver’s license required
 Polish language skills are an advantage
Preferred
 Broad construction experience (foundations, structure, roofing)
 Ability to work independently and proactively resolve on-site challenges
Conditions
 €20.00 net per worked hour
 Accommodation provided and fully paid (private bedroom)
