Role: We are currently seeking an experienced Foreman to lead a team of cable pullers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing cable pulling operations, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage a team of cable pullers

Ensure all tasks are completed to company standards

Provide guidance and training to team members

Maintain a safe working environment

Communicate effectively with other teams and supervisors

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Foreman or in a similar supervisory role

Strong knowledge of cable pulling techniques and safety standards

Excellent leadership and communication skills

Ability to solve problems independently

Compensation:

Salary: €700 net per week
