Job Description – Gardener / Green Space Worker

We are looking for motivated Gardeners / Green Space Workers to work in the Eindhoven and Den Bosch region in the Netherlands. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and improving parks, gardens, and landscaped outdoor areas.

You will perform planting, mowing, pruning, and general landscape maintenance while applying eco-friendly and sustainable working methods. This is an active outdoor job ideal for candidates who enjoy physical work in nature.

Experience with mowing tractors is a strong advantage. A BE driving license is also a big plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Planting and maintaining trees, plants, and green areas
• Mowing lawns and operating landscaping machinery
• Pruning and trimming hedges and shrubs
• Improving and maintaining public parks and gardens
• Working with eco-friendly landscaping techniques
• Collaborating with a team to deliver high-quality green spaces

Job Requirements

• Ready for physical outdoor work
• Experience as a gardener, landscaper, or similar role
• Driving license (Category B) – own car is a plus
• Tractor driving license is a strong advantage
• Experience with mowing tractors is a plus
• Good English language skills
• EEA / EU nationality required

Total: €19.85 gross per hour (all included package)
