Países Bajos Jobs is currently hiring an experienced Grill Chef de Partie (CDP) for a restaurant in Amsterdam, Netherlands. This is a short-term opportunity starting immediately until May, with the possibility of extension for the right candidate.

Grill Chef de Partie Responsibilities

As a Grill Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for managing your own station and preparing dishes according to the restaurant’s quality standards.

Your tasks include:

• Preparing and cooking diverse dishes on the grill station
• Ensuring proper mise en place before service
• Maintaining a clean and organized workstation
• Preparing dishes according to recipes and presentation standards
• Working efficiently during busy service periods
• Following kitchen hygiene and safety standards (HACCP)
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service

You must be proactive, organized and able to remain calm under pressure in a busy kitchen environment.

Requirements – Grill Chef Job Netherlands

To qualify for this Chef de Partie position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• EU Citizen (mandatory)
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Chef de Partie
• Experience working on a grill station in a restaurant kitchen
• Strong preparation and cooking skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen
• Good organization and mise en place skills
• English communication skills required

Salary and What We Offer

• €17.90 gross per hour (including benefits)
• Average 38 working hours per week
