Location: Alphen aan den Rijn, the Netherlands

Working Hours: 40 hours per week (overtime possible)
Schedule: Monday–Friday 07:00–16:30 (short day Friday until 13:00)
Salary: €2800–€3000 gross/month (depending on experience)

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced MIG/MAG/TIG Welder to join a modern
metalworking company. You will be responsible for welding stainless steel, aluminium
and other metals using MIG/MAG and TIG methods. This role requires precision,
strong technical ability and the capacity to work independently according to technical
drawings and specifications. You will contribute to the production of high-quality
welded components used in advanced industrial applications.

Responsibilities
 Preparing materials by cleaning, grinding and inspecting components
 Performing MIG/MAG and TIG welding on various alloys
 Working accurately according to technical drawings and specifications
 Inspecting weld seams for quality and making corrections where needed
 Maintaining welding equipment and tools to guarantee optimal performance
 Identifying material or process deviations and reporting them to a supervisor
 Ensuring that all work meets quality, safety and production standards

Requirements
 Proven experience with MIG/MAG and TIG welding
 Ability to read and work from technical drawings
 Welding certificates are an advantage
 Strong precision and attention to detail
 Knowledge of metals and alloys
 English B1 level required

 Driver’s license required

Accommodation
You will be provided with a single room close to the workplace.
Accommodation costs, Dutch health insurance and taxes are already deducted from
the net salary indicated in this vacancy.
You will receive a Dutch employment contract (an English version is available) and
your salary will be paid weekly.
Travel expenses between your accommodation and the workplace are
compensated.
Long-term, stable accommodation is guaranteed.
