We are looking for experienced Panel Builders for workshop-based electrical projects in Panningen, the Netherlands.

This position is suitable for skilled professionals with experience in assembling and wiring electrical control panels who can read electrical drawings and schematics and work independently.

JOB DETAILS

Position: Panel Builder / Electrical Panel Builder
Location: Panningen, Netherlands
Salary: Up to €680 NET per week
Start: Week 42 or 43, 2026
Workplace: Workshop-based projects
Employment: Full-time

YOUR WORK

As a Panel Builder, you will assemble and wire electrical control panels according to technical specifications.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assembling electrical control panels
• Wiring control cabinets and panels
• Installing electrical components
• Reading and following electrical drawings and schematics
• Connecting cables, terminals and components
• Positioning components according to technical documentation
• Checking wiring and connections for accuracy
• Using professional electrical tools and equipment
• Identifying and correcting wiring or assembly issues
• Working independently on assigned panels
• Maintaining high standards of quality and workmanship
• Following workshop and safety procedures

REQUIREMENTS

• EU nationality / valid EU passport or ID – REQUIRED
• Relevant professional experience in panel building / electrical control panel assembly
• Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics
• Experience with electrical panel wiring and component installation
• Ability to work accurately and independently
• English minimum B1 level
• Good technical understanding
• Driving licence B preferred
• Own car preferred
• Reliable, precise and quality-focused
• Available to start in Week 42 or 43
