Job Overview

As a Robot Welding Operator, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring robotic welding systems for steel and stainless steel components. You will also support programming, setup, and quality control processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate robotic welding cells (ABB, Fanuc, Panasonic)
• Monitor welding processes and adjust parameters where necessary
• Perform visual inspections and ensure weld quality meets required standards
• Read and interpret technical drawings and welding symbols
• Maintain a safe and efficient working environment within a team

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a robot welding operator or welder
• Experience with robotic welding systems (ABB, Fanuc, Panasonic preferred)
• Basic knowledge of MIG/MAG welding processes
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• English language skills (conversational level or higher)
• Valid driver’s license (Category B); own transport is an advantage
• EU citizenship

Training and Development

• No formal welding certificates are required
• Candidates with strong practical experience are encouraged to apply
