Job Description – Ship Electrician

We are currently looking for experienced Ship Electricians (Marine Electricians) to work on new-build inland vessels and river cruise ships across the Netherlands. In this role, you will install, connect, and commission electrical systems on board modern ships and vessels.

This position is ideal for electricians seeking a stable, well-paid marine job in the Netherlands with free housing and full support.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and route electrical cables on board ships
• Connect electrical panels, sensors, control systems, and equipment
• Strip, label, and terminate cables according to specifications
• Perform testing and commissioning of electrical systems
• Read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Ship Electrician or Marine Electrician
• Ability to read electrical drawings
• Experience with testing and commissioning
• English level B1 or higher
• Valid driving license required
• EU nationality required
• Independent, safety-conscious, and quality-focused working attitude
