New Opening – November 2025 Start

We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join a brand-new restaurant in Oosterhout, Noord Brabant. The restaurant specializes in Moorish cuisine, a delicious blend of Southern Spanish, Portuguese, and Arabic influences.

This is an exciting opportunity to join during the pre-opening phase, helping set up the kitchen, create the menu, and start purchasing before the grand opening in December.

Position Details

• Position: Sous Chef
• Location: Oosterhout, Noord Brabant (The Netherlands)
• Cuisine: Moorish – Spanish, Portuguese & Arabic fusion
• Starting date: November 2025 (ASAP) – Long-term position
• Accommodation: Single room in apartment near the restaurant (€120 per week)
• Languages: Spanish–Arabic or Portuguese–Arabic preferred
• Hourly wage: To be confirmed soon

Profile

We are looking for a creative and reliable Sous Chef with experience in Mediterranean or Moorish cuisine. You will assist in opening the restaurant, menu development, and kitchen organization. Strong communication and team spirit are essential.
