We are looking for experienced Steel Construction Assemblers / Steel Fabricators for professional steel construction and metalworking projects in the Netherlands.

We are looking for skilled professionals with experience in steel structure assembly, MIG/MAG welding and technical drawings who can work independently and deliver accurate, high-quality work.

JOB DETAILS

Position: Steel Construction Assembler / Steel Fabricator
Location: Netherlands
Salary: €580–€600 NET per week

YOUR WORK

As a Steel Construction Assembler, you will be responsible for preparing, assembling and welding steel constructions according to technical drawings and project specifications.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and assembling steel structures and components
• Performing MIG/MAG welding on steel constructions
• Reading and following technical drawings
• Measuring, positioning and aligning steel components
• Preparing materials and parts for assembly
• Operating an overhead crane to move heavy steel components
• Operating a reach truck for material handling
• Checking measurements, alignment and assembly quality
• Inspecting welded and assembled structures
• Using professional metalworking tools and equipment
• Working independently and efficiently
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised workplace
• Following workshop safety and quality procedures

REQUIREMENTS

• EU nationality / valid EU passport or ID – REQUIRED
• Proven professional experience in steel construction assembly and welding
• Experience with MIG/MAG welding
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings
• Strong technical knowledge and practical skills
• Ability to assemble and weld steel constructions independently
• Good English or German communication skills
• Valid Category B driving licence – REQUIRED
• Experience operating an overhead crane or reach truck is an advantage
• Accurate, reliable and quality-focused
• Updated CV with relevant professional experience required
