Job Description – Technical Operator / Assembly Technician

We are looking for Technical Operators / Assembly Technicians to work in modern production environments across Belgium. In this role, you will assemble, adjust, and test technical components and systems while operating and monitoring production equipment.

This position is ideal for candidates with a technical or mechanical background who are looking for a stable, well-paid long-term job in Belgium with free accommodation and on-the-job training.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and mount technical and mechanical components
• Operate and monitor production and assembly equipment
• Perform quality checks and basic troubleshooting
• Follow technical drawings, work instructions, and procedures

Job Requirements

• Technical or mechanical experience
• Experience in a production or assembly environment
• English level B1 or higher
• High attention to detail and quality
• Driver’s license preferred
• Reliable and motivated working attitude
